Anna Kamburis

Anna Kamburis grew up in Austin, Texas. With her family in the arts and culinary businesses, she was introduced to art at a very young age. Anna is now a painter, print maker, mom, and children’s yoga and art instructor. She began her art career after graduating with a BFA in textiles and fiber. Soon after, she started a small company with a friend designing illustrations for duvet covers, pillow cases, and wedding invitations. She is now focused on painting colorful, abstract, playful and modern art pieces. She incorporates pattern and collage in some of her work. Her inspirations for paintings are drawn from nature, deserts, sunsets, patterns, and interior design.  She works out of her sunny studio in Austin with her husband, 7 year old daughter, and their puggle.
