Returns Policy

Returns are accepted for damaged items only. Please email customercare@greenboxart.com photos of the damaged items with order number to start your claim. 

Damages or shortages must be reported within 5 days.

Replacement or credit will be given only for damaged items packaged in their original packaging as you received them.

If you wish to cancel an order, you may do so within 24 hours of placing the order.
